We customize a package specifically for your private practice. Some of the options Move Forward Virtual Assistants provides are:

We use the existing systems you already have in your practice—no need to change your phone or electronic health record. If you are needing help with some other type of task that isn’t on this list, contact us and we can discuss if it’s something we are able to provide.
Our VA services are a good fit for your practice if:

Our packages are designed for practices in different stages of growth so that you purchase an amount of time that is right for you.
Makin’ a Move:
8 HOURS PER MONTH OF NON-LIVE ANSWERING
This package is best for busy solo practices.
Movin’ on up:
14 hours per month OF LIVE ANSWERING
OR 14 HOURS PER MONTH OF NON-LIVE ANSWERING
These packages are best for small group practices (1-3 providers).
Movin’ up to the big time:
20 hours per month of LIVE ANSWERING
OR 20 hours PER MONTh or NON-LIVE ANSWERING
These packages are best for mid-size group practices (4 or more providers).
“Live” Answering packages means your VA would be available during business hours and would answer the phone as much as possible as soon as it rings. “Non-Live” Answering packages means your VA would not answer the phone immediately, but would check messages and return calls at specified times during the day.
For each package the amount of time listed is the maximum amount of time allotted each month for your practice. Unused hours for the month are forfeited since your VA has set aside that time in their schedule to work for you.
If you happen to have a busier month than usual, additional hours are billed at $29/hour.
VA’s will track their time when work comes in for your practice and only account for time they actually spend working for you in your monthly total.
When you sign up you will receive up to 2 hours of time free to train your VA that will not count towards your monthly total.
