Consulting As A Subscription:
We have a unique approach to our consulting services. We landed on a subscription model based on 20 hours of consulting a month. Our average engagement is 3 months. This gives practice owners a gentler entry point to consulting services while also ensuring that their participation in the process does not overwhelm their already busy schedules.
Experienced Consulting Team:
Our consulting team has unique insight from working with hundreds of mental health practices. They know firsthand what tools, systems, best practices, and processes constitute a well run, scalable practice. MFVA’s consultants work one-on-one with you to ensure we implement solutions that fit the spirit and growth goals of your practice.
Consulting Subscription:
20 Hours/Month ($2500/month) + $750 Onboarding Fee if not previously paid with VA or Billing subscription.
